In Pijnacker – a rural town in the Netherlands, where the city is never far away – Jennifer started making jewellery in 2014. Inspired by traveling, nature, history and art – and with a passion for and with a passion for craftsmanship and other well-made products – Cobalt + Corundum* was founded.
Traditional and ancient goldsmith techniques are used to create each piece of jewellery. Each piece of jewellery is created with the greatest care and attention to detail, and it embraces the natural imperfections arising from the craft of craftsmanship.
In addition to a degree from the Goldsmith School in Schoonhoven Jennifer has a DGI / FEEG certificate (degree of the Dutch Gemological Institute) and degree in Cultural Heritage with a minor in Conservation. After having worked at a jewelry store with goldsmith- and repair shop in Gouda for seven years, Cobalt + Corundum was founded in 2014.
